This short promotional video was shot for The Sussex Peasant over several weeks visiting a few farms and Founder, Ed's mobile shop in Brighton. The idea was to show how Ed sources his produce for his mobile shop emphasising local food for local people.
The Sussex Peasant is a mobile farm shop based in Sussex, England, UK. Recently becoming a finalist in the BBC Food and Farming Awards 2018, this popular enterprise prides itself on sourcing produce including fish, bread, meats and cheese from farms around Sussex to sell in Sussex.
